I’ve just subscribed to the monthly after trialling the sea moss last month and already I can say I feel a positive difference! My energy levels are much higher I don’t drink any caffeine at all! My gut health seems to have settled more too, I have a lot of intolerances and always bloated but this past month has been much better. I prefer a spoonful of the refreshing lemon, lime and ginger moss each morning - it’s easily become a part of my daily routine! Definitely recommend. I have been subscribed to re-me-di for ages now and get a monthly jar, I have only ever used the lemon and ginger one. It has a pleasant texture (similar to jam) and tastes beautifully fresh! I spoon it straight into the mouth no problems at all with taste or texture. I also use this sea moss gel as my face moisturiser at night time now and my skin has never looked so good.
